We can nudge you in the right direction, helping you seek a workout with your existing lender or, at reasonable cost, roll up our sleeves and offer specific, one on one help, devising and implementing an affordable non-foreclosure alternative.

We often act as a liasion between you, your real estate or mortgage brokers, your loss mitigation/workout pro, and your foreclosing mortgagee(s). We are not real estate brokers, mortgage brokers, or lawyers, but we can recommend experienced, ethical real estate service providers in New Jersey and throughout the United States.
