We’ll need you to authorize your Lender to speak with us to help determine the status of your loan account, and possible non-foreclosure alternatives.
To COMPLETE THIS FORM, please have handy the most recent letter from your mortgage lender(s).
Once you’ve completed the form, please print it for your records. We ask that you also print out the accompanying letter(s) addressed to your Lender, sign them, and FAX them to us right away (732-571-9475).
