For me to begin an Evaluation and Recommendation, please provide the signed Letter of Authorization (so I may contact your lender if necessary) and any correspondence you feel is material in nature. I appreciate the seriousness of your dilemma and want to help preserve your continued homeownership. Before I can offer any recommendation, I need to learn more about the situation, the circumstances surrounding the loan origination process, and the current relationship/status you have with your lender. Once I have that information, I can better recommend to you a course of action for you to consider. My written Evaluation and Recommendation to you will follow:
The cost to provide an Evaluation and Recommendation is $295.00, and payable to SPOCH (via Paypal subject to a 5% surcharge, Postal Money Order, wire transfer, etc.). You will be encouraged to "self help" and make application to your lender for a workout yourself, or, you may decide to hire an attorney, or some other third party services provider to pursue a loan modification, or an appeal. If you would want to engage SPOCH to advocate on your behalf, I would prepare a separate services proposal for your consideration. To receive the Evaluation and Recommendation, please complete and return the enclosed financial worksheet to me with your payment of $295.00. Upon receipt, I will schedule a tele-consultation with you, complete the Evaluation and Recommendation and send it to you. |
